7-Day Refund Policy for Reservation Cancellations

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to show this understanding by offering the following refund policy. A full refund is given up to 7 full days before scheduled check-in at the property.

Below is our 7-day refund policy to ensure a fair process when cancelling a reservation:

Full Refund Within 7 Days of Reservation

You may cancel your reservation and receive a full refund if the cancellation is requested in writing (email) at least 7 days before scheduled check-in.

Email via the contact form and provide your reservation details e.g., booking date and name.

A reply will confirm receipt of your request.

If received in the requested time frame, a full refund will be confirmed via a reply email.

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method”.

After this point, the cancellation is regarded as a last-minute cancellation and no refund is given.
